Bear Adventures gives WashU students the opportunity to get off campus and experience some of the best attractions in the St. Louis region. Register for Bear Adventures on the online store under "Programs." Bear Adventures trips are only open to WashU students and other members of the Sumers Recreation Center.
When the cost of WashU Rec services or activities prevent an individual from participating, we offer financial assistance. Requests for assistance should be submitted at email@example.com.
All Bear Adventure trips are non-refundable.
Night Skiing & Tubing Trip
Friday, Jan. 26
Spend a night skiing, tubing or snowboarding at the Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Wildwood, Mo. Hidden Valley's ski slopes have a 310-Foot vertical drop on 15 trails in addition to a 16-lane tubing hill.

Ice Skating Trip

Carve up the ice with your friends amongst the natural beauty of Forest Park. This trip includes an evening of skating at Steinberg Skating Rink, complete with a hot cocoa break..

Yoga at the Arch and Soulard Market Trip

Start your morning sunny-side up with Yoga at the Arch led by one of our BearFIT Instructors. We will have an hour long class in front of Gateway Arch and then we will head on over to Soulard?s historical farmer's market for some shopping. Bring reusable bags if you plan on buying any items.

Day at the Lake
Saturday, April 21
Enjoy your Saturday on the water or around the park at Creve Coeur Lake. Take a canoe or kayak ride or just hang out on the beach and relax before finals.
